For those of you who have already placed orders, but would like to add your name and jersey number on the back. 
Please select which you want, and how many. For instance, if you ordered two T shirts, select "T-Shirt Customization (+$5)" and "2" in the quanitity box, and add to cart. Then select "Hoodie Customization (+$7) and "1" in the quanity box. 
**This is only for existing orders, or if your original order did not add the customization costs!!
